"Happiness in intelligent people is the rarest thing I know" - Ernest Hemingway
Why is this so tragically true? As an intelligent person who lives among so many very intelligent people, I can't deny it. It screams in our faces everyday, yet we ignore it, ever striving to achieve something else and perhaps gain a bit of happiness with it.
Can anything be done about this? Or are the world's most intelligent people simply always going to be void of try happiness?
